At SideTourBook, our goal is to provide high-quality service and ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every guest. To avoid misunderstandings and clearly define your rights and responsibilities, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking.
Legal Compliance
All reservations made through SideTourBook and operated by licensed tour providers, including Yoyo Tours, are subject to Turkish Travel Agencies Law No. 1618 and Consumer Protection Law No. 4077. By booking with us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Booking & Tour Information
SideTourBook offers a wide selection of excursions and activities designed to meet different interests and travel styles. Each tour is described in detail on our website. Guests are responsible for reviewing all tour information, inclusions, exclusions, and requirements before confirming a booking.
While we aim to deliver all services exactly as described, changes may occasionally occur due to operational reasons, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In rare cases, tours may be modified or canceled.
Changes & Cancellations
If the tour is canceled by the operator:
Any payments made will be fully refunded.
If the guest cancels the booking:

More than 3 days before the excursion date: Full refund

1 to 3 days before the excursion date: 50% refund

On the day of the excursion: No refund available
As an alternative to cancellation, guests may request:

These changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled excursion.
Payments & Booking Platform Disclaimer
SideTourBook does not process online payments and does not directly sell tour services. Our platform acts as a promotional and booking interface for licensed travel agencies operating in Turkey.
Any advance payments, deposits, or on-site payments are handled exclusively by the licensed tour operator responsible for the excursion.
Insurance & Liability
All excursions are covered by mandatory travel insurance provided by the licensed tour operator. In the event of any incident, claim, or dispute during the excursion, the insurance policy of the operating agency will apply.
SideTourBook is not responsible for incidents, injuries, losses, or insurance-related claims that occur during the tour.
Currency & Payment Terms
Although bookings may be displayed or confirmed in Turkish Lira (TRY), we recommend payment in EUR, USD, or GBP, particularly for bookings made in advance, due to exchange rate fluctuations. The operating agency may request payment in a foreign currency on the day of the excursion.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims that cannot be resolved amicably will be governed by the laws of the country in which the excursion takes place. By completing a booking, you agree to submit to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
